These terms govern your use of the Givabit preview. They are a working draft and will be replaced with final terms before public launch.
1. The preview
Givabit is a charity-giving platform where supporting a cause can come with an on-chain keepsake. This site is an early preview; features may change, break, or be reset without notice.
2. Testnet & no financial advice
On-chain features currently run on test networks using valueless test tokens. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or advice to buy or sell any asset, and nothing here has real monetary value.
3. Wallets & your responsibility
You are responsible for your own wallet, keys, and any transactions you sign. Givabit never holds your private keys and cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction.
4. Content & storage
Artwork and metadata are stored on content-addressed IPFS. Content is public and may be served by independent gateways; do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
